OKR & strategy execution expert Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Role overview: We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and organized individual to support our strategy execution through an OKR methodology (Objectives & Key Results).

In this role, you will be responsible for OKR process excellence, driving the successful execution of our organization's strategic objectives and further transformation from MBO to OKR mindset.

You will be also supporting senior executives and key managers in mBank group.

Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement of the OKR process by collecting feedback, adjusting and implementing new standards. Embed the process effectively on managers & teams level
Ensure effective cooperation with our key stakeholders i.e. managers and senior executives. Support them with expertise with regards to goal setting & evaluation process
Optimize and support the process of strategy execution using leading market practices
Oversee the implementation and utilization of OKR software and tools to facilitate tracking and reporting
Set standards to ensure regulatory compliance – maintain internal regulations related to OKR & MBO processes
Provide education for managers and teams (trainings, webinars, dedicated events) and consistent communication across the organization
Be a cultural ambassador – foster an outcome-oriented mindset, culture of transparency and accountability at all levels of organization
Manage the day-to-day business
Our requirements Work experience gained in the area of business / strategy execution/ project management / finance
Collaborative attitude & excellent communication skills
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks involving various departments/ divisions
Familiar with change management principles
Fluent English (C-level ) – frequent cooperation with foreign-speaking managers
Optional Team leadership experience
