About the role

The purpose of this role is to drive healthcare professionals’ endorsement of Haleon brands. This role combines responsibility for: setting up local strategy based on CEE one, delivery of the right content for LOC (based on global/ CEE materials and best practices), excellent implementation and continuous improvement of effectiveness of expert activities in the market.

Key transformation pillars include understanding of external environment to shape right strategy and follow through with local teams to ensure brilliant execution and end-to-end effectiveness continuous assessment.

Role Responsibilities

Define local Expert activities strategy based on CEE Transformation Strategy driving advocacy for our brands in the market. Define key focus areas that will enable expert marketing to drive expert advocacy for Haleon priority brands.

Understand expert environment in the market. Drive continuous knowledge gathering across categories and HCPs targets.

Definition of HCP target audience segmentation and specific target for the market

Definition of specific KPIs and impact on advocacy- business impact

Definition of connection channels with defined HCPs targets. Close co-operation with Marketing and Expert Field Force, including (and not limited to): face to face, digital, conferences, events

Top claims and RTBs required to deliver right mindset shift per target and segment, as well as delivery of Advocacy KPIs

Influence key local stakeholders, including Local Leadership Team to enable proper resources allocation to drive effective and business impactful expert activities in the market

Lead and inspire expert team (Expert Marketing, Expert Digital Activation managers, Dental Field Force ) in LOC driving engagement and high quality results

Inspire and influence local organization behind expert activities

Work closely with local Marketing Head as well as Sales Head to deliver best in class, fully aligned behind strategy and priorities local activation.

Close co-operation with CEE Expert Marketing and Effectiveness Manager to provide feedback on local activities, key opportunities, and challenges, as well as gather knowledge on global/ CEE best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

Fluent English

Business management (MBA preferred)

At least 12 years’ experience in FMCG/OTC marketing and sales. Expert Lead in the market needs to combine strong marketing experience with field force management.

Experience in targeting HPCs and/ or B2B experience is a must

Experience and proven track record in leadership of direct team

Proven track record of leading transformation of a business

Strong experience in management of filed force effectiveness with proven track record of improvement.

Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in an organization.

Proven track record in matrix organization and problem solving.

Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

Being bold in moving things forward, pragmatic in turning data into actions, brings outside in.
