Job Description

With exceptional customer service, the support teams play a vital role in maintaining the cohesion of the marketplace. Ensuring seamless operations between customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners is key. As the Lead of our Support team, you will oversee our local support team, setting a high-quality standard of service for our customers and partners nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Our Support Team at Wolt understands that customer interactions go beyond just solving issues. Setting an example and elevating the support we offer is crucial.
  • Mentorship: Leading the Support Team involves creating a conducive environment for growth through support and empowerment.
  • Management: Providing consistent feedback to team members and ensuring that support meets SLAs are key aspects of this role.
  • Effective Communication: Adapting communication style to cater to the needs of different stakeholders such as customers, courier partners, and merchants is essential.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Head of Support on projects aimed at enhancing the support experience for customers and partners.
  • Data Proficiency: Prepare to crunch numbers as data analysis will be a significant part of the role.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience leading a customer-facing team and the enthusiasm to join our award-winning Support Team.
  • Passion for team leadership and development, ensuring team members understand the importance of exceptional support.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and educate others on the use of Support tools.
  • Capability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and communicate Support progress effectively.
  • Positive attitude, readiness to dive into fast-paced startup work environment.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
