About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic and innovative international retail company.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced E-Commerce Director to lead the digital initiatives and drive growth in the e-commerce sector.

As the E-Commerce Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and enhance brand visibility in the online marketplace.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee website management, digital marketing, merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Utilize data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment is desirable.
