eService, a market leader in card acceptance and electronic transaction settlement in Poland, is the largest provider of merchant acquiring services technology in Central and Eastern Europe. With nearly 25 years of experience, eService offers multi-channel payment solutions for merchants, both in-store and online, including POS terminals and payment gateways for e-commerce and m-commerce solutions. The company actively promotes cashless payment methods in small and medium-sized businesses, local government entities, and public institutions.

Strategic Client Director

Join our team where you will:

  • Actively acquire new clients in the Polish and CEE markets
  • Build relationships with key clients
  • Explore our clients' needs for collaboration
  • Lead contract and agreement negotiations with clients
  • Achieve sales goals and targets (quarterly and annually)
  • Develop proposals, tender documentation, and presentations
  • Analyze competition and current trends in electronic payments

What you need for success:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with key clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and standards
  • Ability to conduct effective negotiations
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to build lasting business relationships
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Practical knowledge of Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Category B driver's license
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
