About Our Client
Our client is a leading international professional services company dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to B2B clients. We are currently looking for a Sales Director to enforce the team.
Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for growth and profitability. Lead a team of approximately 20 sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and exceed targets. Drive new business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base and market presence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. Champion the digitalization of the products and processes, leveraging technology to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Managing Directors and HR and Finance Directors, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Monitor market trends and competitive activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. The Successful Applicant Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the professional services industry. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling to Managing Directors, HR and Finance Directors. Knowledge of digital sales tools and technologies, with a commitment to leveraging digital solutions to enhance sales performance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. What's on Offer Competitive salary package.
