Primary Purpose & Scope:

As the Client Director for the Adria region, stationed in Warsaw, you will play a pivotal role within our Sales team. Your responsibilities will include devising tailored marketing and loyalty concepts, analyzing market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities, and advocating for retailer investment in our solutions. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and crafting innovative sales strategies are vital aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies to bolster presence in existing channels in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Create and execute new sales strategies by designing fresh campaigns and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Seek out new clients and identify business prospects in the Adriatic and Ionian Region.
  • Engage with national clients, presenting new strategies and ongoing projects.
  • Analyze and attract potential clients by tailoring solutions to their requirements.
  • Nurture lasting customer relations and secure long-term deals.
  • Accountability for profit and loss.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of experience in Senior Sales or Marketing roles, familiarity with the region's food retail market, and a client-oriented approach. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Greek is advantageous. A proactive business mindset, competitive spirit, and strong analytical and negotiation skills are imperative.
