Accounts Payable Associate

What this position is about - Purpose:

Contribute to the efficiency of our Accounts Payable department by maintaining high standards and delivering top-notch services to our markets. Your key focus will involve timely invoice processing, addressing queries, and ensuring compliance with established policies.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process vendor invoices in alignment with SOPs and Company Policies.
  • Achieve KPIs and targets for timely and accurate invoice handling.
  • Address vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Organize, scan, and archive incoming invoices as needed. Also, prepare balance confirmations and account statements.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive approach to repetitive tasks.
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
