Accounts Payable Associate
What this position is about - Purpose:
Contribute to the efficient operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring high standards and providing quality services to markets. Focus on timely invoice processing, query resolution, and adherence to established Policies and Procedures.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Accurately process vendor invoices, aligning with SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures. Meet KPIs and targets for timely and precise invoice processing. Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally. Sort, scan (if required), and archive incoming invoices. Prepare balance confirmations and statement of account confirmations.Who are we looking for - Requirements:
1 year of Accounts Payable experience. Fluent command in English Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability to dynamic environments. Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. Positive attitude towards repetitive tasks. Quick learner with effective communication skills.
