Senior Sales Specialist, Major Projects

Location: Warsaw

In recent years, our company has accomplished significant achievements in delivering major projects. Our cutting-edge solutions like the 8 m/s Double Deck and the latest KONE people flow offerings have allowed us to fulfill our promises to customers and establish a strong presence in landmark buildings at urban centers. Right now, we're looking for a customer-focused individual to join us in continuing this successful journey as a Senior Sales Specialist for Major Projects. The primary objective is to drive sales for new products and upgrades, and strengthen our position in the renovation market for major projects in the Poland & Ukraine region.

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales initiatives for both New Business Solutions and Modernization MP in Poland and Ukraine, concentrating on providing customized solutions to meet our clients' requirements;
Develop and implement an early engagement and solution-oriented sales strategy for current and potential future MP clients, showcasing KONE as a reliable advisor and partner;
Showcase the value of KONE's digital and sustainability offerings to customers, potentially including presentations at real estate gatherings or associations;
Create and execute a winning strategy for all ongoing MP prospects, with a clear picture of key decision-makers within different customer entities (e.g., architect, developer, investor, general contractor..);
Establish and nurture relationships with crucial decision-makers, potential prospects, and influencers;
Work closely with local sales teams, engineering, delivery operations, finance, and marketing counterparts to ensure effective demand generation and successful sales and delivery processes for major projects;
Analyze market trends and pinpoint growth opportunities within the Major Projects domain;
Adhere to KONE Major projects sales procedures and associated governance & approval processes in all projects, maintaining CRM data accuracy of contacts, customers, influencers, opportunity management, as well as reporting on won and lost prospects;
Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, deploying strategies to meet and surpass objectives;

Qualifications:

Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in sales;
Preferable experience in a related field, such as construction and/or infrastructure projects;
Sound understanding of the construction industry dynamics and project management principles;
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with the prowess to sway stakeholders at all levels;
Strategic mindset with a results-driven attitude and a proactive problem-solving approach;
Capacity to work autonomously and within a collaborative team setting;
Proficiency in English and Polish languages;
Willingness to travel as needed
