Job Description

Join Takeda as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Corporate Functions. You will drive the full TA life cycle within Global Corporate Functions in Europe, attract and hire the best people, working alongside HR Leaders and key business to deploy our talent acquisition strategy.

You will report to the Global Head of TA, Global Corporate Functions and be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders with a deep understanding of talent market, talent acquisition practices and tools including external trends and contemporary thought leadership.

How you will contribute:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier, qualified workforce, and a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Partner with TA Head, HR Leadership, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved.
  • Build relationships with and manage performance of external partners including RPOs and preferred agencies
  • Manage the full TA life cycle for the most senior roles in the organization (including job req creation, sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.
  • Meet SLAs. Manage process feedback loops. Provide continuous improvements.
  • Lead and/or support projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class TA organization. Participate in Global TA/HR projects and Communities of Practice as required. Align with cross-functional TA colleagues to deploy talent acquisition programs regionally.
  • Create diverse talent pools for business-critical roles, proactively, applying talent sourcing and candidate management tools (HiredScore, Avature, Workday)
  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.
  • Employer branding: Represent Takeda in local branding events, f.ex job fairs

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years' experience within talent acquisition driving end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Team / RPO management experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management.
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within corporate functions (finance, procurement, HR, Data & Digital, IT, Legal, E&C) strongly preferred
  • Possible travel required, estimated up to 10%

This is a Hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office (Sterlinga street) in Łódź for one - two days a week
