Description

Join Takeda as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Corporate Functions. You will be responsible for driving the entire talent acquisition process within Global Corporate Functions in Europe, ensuring that we attract and recruit top talent by collaborating closely with HR Leaders and key business stakeholders to implement our talent acquisition strategy.

You will directly report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Corporate Functions, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Your role will involve having a profound understanding of the talent market, talent acquisition methodologies, and tools, incorporating external trends and modern thought leadership.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to establish a high-quality workforce and a robust candidate pool.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Head, HR Leadership, and key business executives to meet current and future strategic talent acquisition requirements.
  • Cultivate relationships with and oversee the performance of external partners, such as RPOs and preferred agencies.
  • Oversee the complete talent acquisition process for senior positions in the organization, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation.
  • Adhere to SLAs, manage process feedback loops, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead or support projects as part of the long-term plan to develop an outstanding Talent Acquisition organization. Engage in Global Talent Acquisition/HR initiatives and Communities of Practice as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional Talent Acquisition peers to roll out talent acquisition programs regionally.
  • Establish diverse talent pools for critical roles, proactively utilizing talent sourcing tools and candidate management platforms like HiredScore, Avature, and Workday.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that provides Takeda with a competitive edge.
  • Guarantee compliance with all necessary legal and regulatory requirements related to Takeda's recruitment activities.
  • Enhance employer branding by representing Takeda at local branding events, such as job fairs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships and conveying complex ideas to various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in team/RPO management is highly desirable
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building abilities, extending to all levels of management.
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for corporate functions like finance, procurement, HR, Data & Digital, IT, Legal, E&C is highly preferred
  • Possible travel required, approximately up to 10%

This role is hybrid, involving onsite presence (Sterlinga Street) in Łódź for one to two days per week.
