Your expertise will contribute directly toourclient's mission ofenabling some oftheworld's largest private andwealth management banks tomeet their tax reporting obligations efficiently andaccurately.

Your Daily Missions

• Develop andrefine concepts, andcollaborate closely withR&D team toimplement these solutions tothesystem.
• Act as aspecialist advisor totheclients onissues related tocountry-specific tax reporting andwithholding forvarious jurisdictions.
• Analyze regulations andcustomer-specific requirements toensure thesoftware notonly meets butalso exceeds these standards.
• Support client implementation projects andtraining sessions forsystem modules.
• Partner withthesales team toenhance thesales strategies formodules within your area ofexpertise.
• Serve as aprimary contact forclient support andmodule maintenance, ensuring continuous service excellence.
• Incases where consultation is needed, you will work withthebig four (there is no need tobe alegal specialist, butrather someone whoknows howtoask questions, look forpotential legislation changes, etc.).
• Work inSpotify Model.

TheEssentials We're Seeking

• Atleast 3 years ofprofessional experience inacomparable position withknowledge about banks, trading platforms, tax rules, capital gains etc.
• Proven experience inabanking environment, ideally inthearea oftax reporting.
• Basic knowledge ofXML, databases, SQL andexperience using tools like Jira andZendesk.
• Excellent analytical skills andexperience inspecifying user stories andepics.
• Anindependent andself-organized specialist whois also ateam player, capable ofinjecting innovative ideas intoprojects.
• Excellent communication skills forclear andconcise interaction betweenbusiness, product teams andclients.
• Fluency inEnglish (C1), withtheability toarticulate complex concepts clearly andinteract effectively withclients andcolleagues.
• Certifications inbanking operations, taxes orinvestment products (e.g., CEFA, CFA, FMO/FMT, MASIT) will be anadvantage.
• Knowledge ofUK trusts andcryptocurrency will aplus.
• Familiarity withbanking applications such as core banking systems andoutput management systems is beneficial.
• Experience intax reporting forjurisdictions such as Austria, Germany, Ireland, ortheUK is preferred.
• Proficiency inGerman (this role includes two vacancies, onevacancy requires fluency inEnglish fortheUK market, andtheother also requires fluency inGerman fortheDACH area).
