Job Description
As The Sales Team Manager, you will manage the operations and more.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support in process development.
- Ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Monitor, report and analyse KPIs relevant to the project.
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Conduct feedback sessions with employees.
- Coach, shadow and support employees.
Targeted Quali fications
- Fluency in Czech Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Min 3 years of experience in customer service in sales/technical areas.
- Min 1 year experience Managing a Team.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills.
- The ability to identify training needs and support program development.
- Experience in team management in the Call Center environment.
Interpersonal Skills
- Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
- Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
- Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy
- Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done.
- Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time.
