Team/Role Overview:

The EMEA Trade and Treasure Services (TTS) Onboarding Team handles account opening, maintenance, technical integration, and onboarding of all Cash Management products within the Citi Treasury and Trade product suite. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.

As a TTS Documentation Specialist, you will engage with clients and internal stakeholders in the Account Opening and/or Account Maintenance processes. This role involves managing your own portfolio of client onboarding projects, collaborating directly with 'top tier' clients and their global treasury organizations.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and execute the documentation process for client account openings in various jurisdictions.
  • Act as the clients' Single Point of Contact to ensure efficient resolution of queries.
  • Advocate for clients in enhancing their experience and simplifying internal processes.
  • Provide regular updates on account opening status to customers through conference calls.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and processing status in the database according to established procedures.
  • Manage client queries from start to finish using a project management approach.
  • Handle special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and tax payments as needed.

What we'll need from you:

  • 1-4+ years of Corporate Customer Service, KYC, Financial Client Onboarding, or Project Management experience.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience in a process-driven, documentation, or legal environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business partnerships and client relationships.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills.
  • Capability to work independently within a team setting.
