Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Risk Management and Internal Control team in reviewing financial documents for accuracy
  • Utilize financial systems such as ICS Cockpit, Mendix, and SAP for document processing
  • Assist the Finance Team with essential tasks as required
  • Execute audit tasks to assess operational efficiency and compliance with European regulations
  • Enhance reporting templates using tools like Excel and Word
  • Engage in regular Finance Team meetings on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop presentations related to Internal Control System and Risk Management activities

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and/or German (B1/B2 level)
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail
  • Efficient task scheduling and organization
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn industry regulations, best practices, tools, and performance standards
  • Interest in Finance processes
  • Desire to enhance skills in financial software like SAP and other advanced applications (ICS Cockpit, Mendix)
  • Current student seeking valuable experience in an international corporate setting
