Na czym będzie polegać Twoja praca

  • Jako Junior Business Product Manager w obszarze Customer Engagement będziesz częścią międzynarodowego zespołu, budującego zaangażowania kupujących na Allegro
  • Zajmiesz się optymalizacją operacyjnych procesów związanych z organizacją i zarządzaniem największymi kampaniami promocyjnymi na Allegro, takimi jak Smart Week, Allegro Days oraz Black Week
  • Zajmiesz się definiowaniem problemów technicznych związanych z content managementem oraz wypracowywaniem ich rozwiązań.Będziesz doskonalić procesy w oparciu o skalowalne rozwiązania, również z wykorzystaniem rozwiązań technologicznych (automatyzacja, ML)
  • Zbierzesz wymagania biznesowe, zarządzisz priorytetami i przygotujesz wytyczne do realizacji zaprojektowanych procesów
  • Skonsultujesz potrzeby i możliwe rozwiązania z zespołami technologii, prawnym, marketingu, Customer Experience, Sourcingu i Technologii
  • Będziesz blisko współpracować z głównymi interesariuszami projektów przeprowadzanych w ramach powierzonych Tobie inicjatyw/obszarów biznesowych Allegro
  • Będziesz konsultować projekty od etapu koncepcji do etapu wdrożenia, brać udział w badaniach, warsztatach, statusach związanych z daną inicjatywą/obszarem
  • Będziesz tworzyć oraz współtworzyć dokumentację, w tym również prezentacje dla interesariuszy, zarządu, na różnych etapach projektu (głównie w języku angielskim)

  • Mają min. 2 lata doświadczenia w roli związanej z zarządzaniem/ koordynowaniem złożonych projektów (business project owner, project manager, business consultant, etc.)
  • Mają wysoko rozwinięte zdolności komunikacyjne - Twoje zadania będą wymagać intensywnej komunikacji pomiędzy różnymi obszarami firmy, wiedzy, gdzie dany problem można rozwiązać. Dodatkowo interesariuszami projektu będą osoby z bardzo różnych działów i stanowisk w hierarchii, wymagana będzie umiejętność koordynowania ich działań
  • Są zorganizowane i samodzielne. Planowanie, organizowanie, kierowanie i monitorowanie napędzają je do działania. Świetnie organizują swoją pracę: umiejętność tworzenia roadmapy działań, tematów nad którymi pracujemy, a dodatkowo dużo zadań będzie ad-hocowych, wymagających elastycznej pracy z krótkimi terminami
  • Wyciągają wnioski z danych analitycznych: są ciekawe danych, podejmują działania w oparciu o dane i analitykę biznesową
  • Dobrze czują się w pracy w dynamicznym, wielozadaniowym środowisku, a ich atutem są wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności w zakresie priorytetyzacji zadań
  • Lubią szukać rozwiązań i czerpią satysfakcję z wprowadzania ich w życie i z obserwacji efektów swojej pracy
  • Mają doświadczenie w zarządzaniu relacjami z wieloma interesariuszami wewnętrznymi
  • Znają i korzystają z Allegro, interesują się trendami w e-commerce
  • Dobrze znają język angielski w mowie i piśmie (min. B2)
