Senior Quality Control & Surveillance Resources Coordinator

Job Purpose

Seize the opportunity to become a Senior Quality Control & Surveillance Resources Coordinator. This role involves managing supplier performance through robust qualification, inspection, and preventive activities to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost standards.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage inspection requests in Europe effectively,
  • Coordinate quality inspections at vendor sites by engaging with stakeholders,
  • Archive inspection reports and collaborate with SQEs on corrective actions,
  • Optimize the inspections process with the Europe Team,
  • Evaluate Third-Party Inspection companies,
  • Assess internal and external inspection resources and address any gaps,
  • Implement improvement actions based on monthly KPIs,
  • Collaborate with functional departments independently.

You are meant for this job if

  • Hold Secondary/Higher Education qualifications,
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications and SAP,
  • Possess excellent organizational skills,
  • Have prior experience in a coordinator role,
  • Basic knowledge of industry inspection methods,
  • Understand quality principles,
  • Previous experience in Quality Role/Function,
  • Language proficiency in English (required), Italian or French (desired).
