Outsourcing Knowledge Manager - Manager zarządzający wiedzą i kontrolą jakości w księgowości

BĘDZIESZ ODPOWIEDZIALNY/A ZA

  • doradztwo księgowe zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne
  • prowadzenie sytemu wewnętrznej kontroli jakości i bezpieczeństwa informacji
  • wsparcie merytoryczne dla księgowych wewnątrz organizacji
  • dbanie o utrzymywanie standardów wewnętrznych (tworzenie i aktualizacja wzorcowej dokumentacji, tj. sprawozdania finansowego, polityki rachunkowości i innych)
  • tworzenie procedur i standaryzacja procesów we współpracy z zespołem ciągłego doskonalenia (rozwiązania PowerBI i inne)
  • realizacje zleceń zewnętrznych (przeglądy księgowe, sporządzanie sprawozdań finansowych, sprawozdań skonsolidowanych, raportowanie dla celów koncernowych – IFRS/HGB/raportowanie wewnętrzne, sporządzenie polityki rachunkowości)
  • wsparcie obecnych Klientów oraz wdrażanie nowych (mapowanie procesów, przegląd ksiąg, przygotowanie Klienta do obsługi księgowej)
  • wsparcie w zakresie tax compliance dla Klientów
ZAAPLIKUJ, JEŚLI
  • posiadasz co najmniej 4 lata doświadczenia w księgowości finansowej i/lub audycie
  • masz zaawansowaną wiedzę dotyczącą procesów księgowych
  • wykazujesz się bardzo dobrą znajomością języka angielskiego pozwalającą na swobodną komunikację
  • posiadasz umiejętność zarządzania projektami
  • tworzysz procedury
  • masz doświadczenie w przeprowadzaniu analiz, kontroli i uzgodnień księgowych
  • łatwo nawiązujesz relację ze współpracownikami i klientami

Możesz wygodnie organizować swoją pracę: pracuj z biura lub z domu, rozpoczynaj o 8:00 lub 9:00 – Ty decydujesz Oferujemy możliwość pracy hybrydowej, ale zależy nam także, żeby min. 2 dni tygodniowo spotkać się w biurze.
