Training Systems Specialist

The Junior Training Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training course administration, including preparing schedules, controlling databases, managing errors and issues, and preparing statistics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Training Calendars:
    Coordinate and update training schedules.
  • Maintaining and Validating Databases:
    Ensure all training records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Responding to Inquiries:
    Address training-related inquiries from participants and stakeholders.
  • Resolving Tickets:
    Handle and resolve administrative issues related to training.
  • Process Control:
    Monitor and control the flow of training-related processes.
  • Preparing Reports:
    Generate and maintain reports and trackers for training activities.
  • LMS Management:
    Oversee item management on the Learning Management System platform.
  • Vendor Management:
    Manage purchases and liaise with vendors for training-related materials and services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in processes coordination, administration, or related roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving mindset and commitment to delivering on time
  • Proficiency in Excel, good knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Written and verbal communication skills, both Polish and English
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus
