Key Accountabilities:
  • Attend relevant internal and external meetings, offering guidance and support for partnership training tasks.
Client Training Systems
  • Provide assistance to the partnership account leadership team in establishing processes for team members' access to client training systems and their training programs.
Creation/Maintenance/Decommission of Training Curricula and Job Role Assignments
  • Collaborate with internal partnership subject matter experts and Client Training representatives to develop, update, and retire training curricula and LMS roles at a partnership level.
  • Ensure regular review of partnership curricula with SMEs and Client Training representatives for effectiveness and completeness of training, LMS roles, and allocated training hours.
  • Identify areas for enhancing efficiency in partnership training tasks.
Compliance
  • Work with partnership account leadership to establish compliance measures, reporting frequency, and formats both internally and externally.
  • Create, review, and present partnership training compliance reports to key stakeholders, addressing any non-compliance issues as necessary with staff and managers.
  • Ensure meeting MSA requirements, KPIs, and other compliance criteria within partnerships.
  • Support quality issues/CAPAs, audits, and inspections for designated partnership training.
Education:
  • Degree-level education (health-related science or business preferred) or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with external clients and colleagues.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities with keen attention to detail, quality, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, fostering teamwork within and across the organization.
  • Proactive with a knack for process improvement and implementing training solutions.
  • Global mindset and cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in various systems (e.g., LMS, MS Office products) and willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven background in the pharmaceutical, CRO, Clinical, or Medical industries with training expertise is essential.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, training development, or delivery is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with external clients or internal stakeholders is crucial.
  • Experience in managing projects with global team members is highly desirable.
