At HyLogic, we are looking for a talented Training & Development Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Training & Development Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting the HR Team and the business leaders in the Learning and Development area. You will assist in the development and implementation of our learning, development, and knowledge sharing programs. Additionally, you will administer workshops, e-learning sessions, and manage training tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We need someone to support us in the next phase of our Learning & Development Management journey.

What will you be doing:

  • Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces
  • Organize and administer workshops, e-learning sessions, and manage training tools
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs; support in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities
  • Support new joiner induction processes by assigning mandatory training and liaising with the HR team on any system updates needed
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Provide administration support to the Talent Development Team as required

Expected candidate profile and skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in Learning , Development and Training areas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource or related field
  • Ability to communicate in spoken & written English
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, at an advanced level
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management, ability to build rapport and budgeting
