  • Discuss recruitment criteria with Hiring Manager and post job advertisement
  • Verify incoming resumes and job applications, select most qualified candidates
  • Schedule and conduct phone screenings with candidates
  • Create short-list of top candidates and present to hiring manager
  • Schedule video or Face-to-Face interviews for candidates
  • Organize travel or accommodation if needed; verify travel costs
  • Act as main point of contact, nurture candidate relationships throughout selection process
  • Maintain agreed service level for timeliness and accuracy

* Perform any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

  • Proficient in German and English (min. B2 level) for Face-to-Face and phone communication
