Sap SD Key User

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Aktywny udział w procesie wdrożenia systemu SAP SD, w tym testowaniu, szkoleniach użytkowników i doskonaleniu procedur.
  • Wsparcie innych użytkowników w zakresie korzystania z systemu SAP.
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie ewentualnych problemów, błędów lub potrzeb ulepszeń w systemie.
  • Koordynacja działań pomiędzy zespołem IT a użytkownikami w celu efektywnej komunikacji.
  • Utrzymywanie aktualnej wiedzy na temat zmian i aktualizacji w systemie SAP.

Szukamy osób które:

  • Doświadczenie jako Key User lub w podobnej roli, ze szczególnym naciskiem na systemy SAP.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość modułów SAP związanych z naszą branżą.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia szkoleń dla innych użytkowników.
  • Zdolność analizy i rozwiązywania problemów związanych z systemem.
  • Doskonała komunikatywność oraz zdolność do pracy zespołowej.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej koordynacji i zarządzania czasem.
