Opis stanowiska

W naszym zespole dbamy o to, aby wszystkie działania Allegro były zgodne z prawem – specjalizujemy się w wielu różnych dziedzinach, począwszy od prawa własności intelektualnej czy prawa pracy, przez sprawy korporacyjne, konsumenckie, logistyczne i biznesowe, a skończywszy np. na prawie farmaceutycznym. Reprezentujemy również interesy firmy w procesie legislacyjnym oraz uczestniczymy w identyfikacji aktów prawnych istotnych dla biznesu e-commerce.

Na czym będzie polegać Twoja praca?

  • Będziesz udzielać wsparcia prawnego w ramach bieżącej działalności Spółki - m.in. w zakresie ochrony IPR spółki, w szczególności przy nabywaniu oprogramowania i związanych z nim usług, nowych technologii, w ramach działań marketingowych i rozwoju portfolio praw własności przemysłowej Spółki;
  • Będziesz czuwać nad zapewnieniem odpowiednich rozwiązań prawnych dla projektów prowadzonych w Spółce (w szczególności obszarach technologii, marketingu, CX, brandingu)
  • Będziesz udzielać porad prawnych, opinii, wyjaśnień i konsultacji prawnych,
  • Odpowiesz za przygotowywanie umów, regulaminów, procedur wewnętrznych oraz innych wymaganych dokumentów;
  • Na bieżąco będziesz analizować zmiany w przepisach prawnych (w zakresie szeroko rozumianego prawa własności intelektualnej);
  • Wesprzesz merytorycznie inne zespoły Spółki;
  • Weźmiesz udział w postępowaniach dotyczących spraw operacyjnych Spółki;
  • Będziesz w kontakcie z właściwymi urzędami i instytucjami;
  • Weźmiesz czynny udział w negocjacjach dotyczących Spółki.

  • Posiadasz min. 2-letnie doświadczenie w charakterze prawnika w dziale prawnym przedsiębiorstwa lub kancelarii zajmującej się obsługą w zakresie szeroko rozumianych praw własności intelektualnej - warunek konieczny;
  • Masz wiedzę z zakresu prawa autorskiego, prawa własności przemysłowej, ustawy o bazach danych oraz odnośnego ustawodawstwa europejskiego - warunek konieczny;
  • Posiadasz wyższe wykształcenie prawnicze;
  • Potrafisz koordynować wiele zadań naraz, nadając im odpowiednie priorytety;
  • Charakteryzujesz się dyskrecją, asertywnością, opanowaniem, dokładnością i elastycznością;
  • Posiadasz nienaganną kulturę osobistą;
  • Masz doskonale rozwinięte umiejętności organizacyjne;
  • Znasz język angielski na bardzo dobrym poziomie biznesowym (zarówno w mowie jak i piśmie) co pozwala na swobodną komunikację z klientem zagranicznym.
