Senior TAX Consultant (podatki od nieruchomości/postępowania)

Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku odpowiedzialna będzie za:

  • Analizę zobowiązań ustawowych RET Klienta, przepisów podatkowych w zakresie podatku od nieruchomości, w tym przegląd orzecznictwa i interpretacji (research),
  • Udział w przygotowaniu komentarzy, opinii, raportów z przeprowadzonych analiz, wniosków o wydanie interpretacji indywidualnych, pism procesowych,
  • Bieżący kontakt z klientem i wsparcie merytoryczne,
  • Doradztwo w zakresie postępowań podatkowych i sądowych – przy wsparciu Managera i innych zespołów,
  • Przygotowanie pism procesowych i kontrolę terminowości wniosków dotyczących postępowań,
  • Stałą współpracę z innymi działami w celu kompleksowej obsługi klientów firmy,
  • Wykonywanie innych działań w zakresie podatku od nieruchomości oraz postępowań podatkowych klientów.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • Wykształcenia wyższego w zakresie: Prawa, Ekonomii, Administracji, Doradztwa Podatkowego bądź kierunków pokrewnych,
  • Minimum 3-letniego doświadczenia zawodowego na stanowisku Konsultanta w doradztwie podatkowym w zespole podatku od nieruchomości, RET lub w Dziale Postępowań Podatkowych i Sądowych / Tax Litigation,
  • Doświadczenia zawodowego w obsłudze dużych podmiotów, spółek międzynarodowych (doświadczenie w Big 4 – mile widziane),
  • Dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego – co będzie dodatkowym atutem,
  • Wysokich umiejętności analitycznych,
  • Umiejętności współpracy zespołowej, dobrej komunikacji z klientami oraz innymi działami merytorycznymi,
  • Bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy,
  • Otwartości na pogłębianie wiedzy, udział w szkoleniach i rozwój w strukturach firmy,
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości pakiet MS Office, w tym Excela.
