Job Description:

The Finance Key User is a crucial business knowledge role with responsibilities for multiple business segments and units which are spread across regions and will have a matrix responsibility with support from and contribute to MGS Finance Globally.

As a Key User, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing use of finance system or software within our organization. You will act as a bridge between the project team and our end-users, providing valuable insights and support throughout the entire process.

This position has a short-term contract untilthe end of 2026.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Partner with the project team to understand the new system/software functionalities and its impact on our business processes.
  • Participate in the project workshops related to systems implementation/maintenance
  • Execute the user acceptance testing for the project purpose and system maintenance
  • Develop training materials and conduct end user training sessions to equip colleagues with the necessary skills to utilize the new functionalities effectively.
  • Troubleshoot end user Issues and provide ongoing support after system launch.
  • Act as a champion for the system, fostering user adoption and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the project team to Identify areas for Improvement and provide feedback on system updates.

  • Strong ability to understand company's workflows and processes.
  • Accounting knowledge, especially in Supply Chain Finance and Record to Report areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor others.
  • Experience with new technology adoption is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (depending on the specific system being implemented).
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
