About this opportunity
Welcome to the Software Development team in SD Channels Business, which is responsible for our web and mobile applications providing a wide range of services to small and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway. We add value by delivering a holistic business platform with effortless cashflow management, core daily banking self-service and business process automation. As the Capability Team Leader, you'll play a valuable role in securing the needed capacity for optimal deliveries of robust user-centric software, ensuring people development and fostering a culture of continuous improvements.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of software developers, both internal employees and external consultants Competence development and knowledge sharing within the capability Coach and mentor team members, establish feedback loops and encourage constant learning Execution tasks in accordance with the specialty area of expertise (expected to spend approximately 50% of time doing hands-on work in the delivery organisation) Motivate people and create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust and inclusion Promote the adoption of best practices and use of relevant standards, frameworks and tools You'll join a team of talented and technically-skilled people working with modern technologies and tools – enjoying a thriving culture and having fun in daily work. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
