Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of IT projects for our Customer. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing complex IT initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing best practices in project management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving projects to success while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

This position involves working 3 days per week from our Customer's office in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects/services while adhering to standards and CK Global Tech processes.
  • Managing multiple projects/services simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and fostering a culture of accountability within teams.
  • Building relations with Business and Tech Partners, communicating progress, and proposing solutions aligned with company strategy.
  • Managing project/service teams, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
  • Proposing process improvements and optimizing existing services and project processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and 3+ years in project coordination.
  • Experience in a global organization and solid knowledge of IT delivery best practices.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, as well as excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in unstructured environments, and manage risk effectively.
