The Job

Job Description

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for designing key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation.
  • Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI's and SLA's in the business.
  • Seeking opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum.
  • Responsible for designing key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit.
  • Maintaining the daily relationship with the business intelligence supplier.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the business initiatives.

The Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher, Fluency in Russian Language, B2 level or Higher, Fluency in Polish Language, will be a plus to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of experience in a reporting and/or controlling environment.
  • Strong mathematical and numerical as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis in actionable insights.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and conduct investigations.
  • Knowledge of any BI tool would be an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and statistical skills and ability to use the right analytical method depending on the problem.
  • Good knowledge of performance and quality metrics.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Excel, Power Query and SQL.
