Your Role
  • Handle and log all incoming IT requests via phone, email, chat, and self-service portal in our ITSM tool (Service Now).
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting utilizing remote control tools and existing knowledge resources.
  • Escalate complex issues to the 2nd level of support.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English AND French (B2/C1).
  • Demonstrated customer focus and service-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in IT, particularly in Microsoft and Apple technologies.
  • Highly motivated and adept at both independent and team-based work.
