What is Institutional Client Service EMEA Team responsible for?

Institutional Client Service EMEA is a front-office, regional service hub that provides point-of-sale and post-sale services to our institutional clients while acting as the clients' advocate within FT. Working as part of the client coverage team alongside and in partnership with sales, we manage existing client relationships on a day-to-day basis to ensure a high-quality service experience for our clients and long-term retention of assets and fee revenue for our business.

The team continues to build on its success since its founding in September 2019 and now has a position available for a bright and enthusiastic individual that is interested in service and providing our clients with a positive service experience throughout the client journey.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Senior Institutional Client Service Analyst?

The successful candidate will be establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients' business, operational and administrative staff, as well as related third parties such as custodians, consultants, administrators etc, over time communicating with people on all levels in and outside of the company. The role will work in close coordination with both Client Account Managers in the ICS EMEA team along with Sales professionals from across the EMEA and CEEMEA regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Shadow & and support lead Institutional Client Account Managers in the coordination and execution of significant servicing events, client requests and requirements for multiple accounts across the EMEA and CEEMEA region.
  • Complete regional level, structured servicing tasks across the EMEA and CEEMEA Institutional client base ensuring timely and efficient completion in collaboration with the wider servicing team.
  • Internal processes engineering & maintenance.
  • Client Service collaboration & representation.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates interested in service that are curious and have a positive and proactive attitude to learning and development.

The preferred candidates will also have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and will possess strong attention to detail, a desire to take ownership of client challenges and the ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced, team focused environment. Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
