About the team

The team is focused on managing critical, time-sensitive tasks such as key metrics, dashboards, client SLA reporting, and regulatory reports. Our goal is to ensure accurate and timely collection, analysis, and dissemination of data while meeting strict deadlines. Through optimizing reporting processes and leveraging advanced analytics, our team is dedicated to efficiency and robust data governance.

What you will be doing

  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for client relationships and service delivery
  • Maintain executive-level contacts with clients, focusing on the strategic nature of relationships
  • Act as the primary liaison for client relationships, overseeing client projects, building relationships, and managing client loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities, maintain client satisfaction, and stay informed about products/services
  • Lead client retention activities, participate in business reviews, and ensure efficient operation of functions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, analyze trends, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Oversee personnel management and development to drive effective client service
  • Work either at an FIS or client location based on project needs
  • Other related duties as assigned

Who are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record in operations key metrics, strong technical skills, and ability to deliver high-quality reports
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in client relations management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle projects effectively and adapt to changing demands
  • Dependable, flexible, and versatile
