Our solutions simplify communication processes by automating tasks and ensuring high efficiency and reliability at a fast pace and securely. You may be familiar with our services like MailerLite and MessageFlow.

We are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager specializing in B2B sales to join our team at MessageFlow.

As a member of the Sales Team, you will have a key role in acquiring and retaining customers while being the face of the company. We offer continuous support, guidance, and assistance for your career growth. The initial period will involve onboarding where you'll familiarize yourself with our services, the company, and receive necessary training from various departments.

We seek individuals with:

  • Experience in selling B2B SaaS services to medium and large enterprises
  • Ability to understand customer requirements
  • Proficiency in conducting video conferences
  • Interest in new technologies, telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors
  • Capability to expand networks at conferences and events
  • Comfortable with proactive sales and client engagement
  • Emphasis on nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated approach
  • Independence and initiative in work
  • Strong English skills
  • Focus on enhancing foreign sales competencies

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets independently
  • Enhancing the company's reputation
  • Cultivating lasting client relations
  • Representing the company at industry events
  • Managing acquired leads
  • Preparing market segmentation and spotting new client opportunities
  • Offering support from initial contact to post-sales communication
  • Expanding and managing the CRM database
  • Creating proposals and delivering presentations in online meetings for medium and large enterprises
