What is the Derivative Agreement Specialist responsible for?

A Derivative Agreement Specialist is a key expert in derivative agreements and related processes. Responsible for coordinating negotiations process, preparing, and reviewing investment documentation. The ideal candidate should possess project management skills and excellent communication abilities. We offer flexible hours and the opportunity to gain exposure to the work of other departments.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Derivative Agreement Specialist?
  • Coordinating negotiations process, preparing, and reviewing investment documentation,
  • Managing relationships and facilitating the communication with Brokers and internal stakeholders to coordinate the process of contract conclusion,
  • Leading and participating in various department-level projects, including innovations projects, new platforms onboardings, identifying project objectives, resources, and barriers, and ensuring successful and timely completion,
  • Building and fostering relationships with key business partners, often at senior level, both internal and external (mainly Brokers representatives).
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
  • Ability to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and coordinate the work of others,
  • Excellent verbal and written English,
  • Excellent meeting facilitation, mediation, and interpersonal skills,
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, client services, legal services, marketing, project management, product development or similar,
  • Passion for innovations.
