Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy Supply Chain Risk Analyst, który będzie odpowiedzialny za przeprowadzanie ocen ryzyka finansowego i związanych z ESG, analizę danych związanych z zrównoważonym rozwojem i ryzykiem finansowym oraz generowanie kompleksowych raportów zawierających rekomendacje i plany złagodzenia ryzyka.
Firma skupia się na tworzenia u dostarczaniu rozwiązań w celu napędzania zrównoważonej transformacji w wiodącej na świecie grupie linii lotniczych. Jak to robią? Wspierają swoje linie i partnerskie firmy, dostarczając im kreatywne rozwiązania/ autorskie systemy oraz usługi finansowe, zaopatrzeniowe i lotnicze. Zespół, do którego dołączysz, skupia się na promowaniu zrównoważonego rozwoju.
Klient zauważa rosnące znaczenie zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz wpływ jego działań na środowisko i standardy pracy. Dlatego organizacja zobowiązała się do osiągnięcia zerowych emisji netto w swoim łańcuchu dostaw (emisje CO2 scope 3, inwestycje w zrównoważone paliwa lotnicze) do 2050 roku. Program sustainability będzie również służyć promowaniu przejrzystości zrównoważonych praktyk, osadzaniu wyników w procesie zamówień, identyfikacji dostawców o wysokiej wydajności oraz promowaniu ciągłego doskonalenia w całym łańcuchu dostaw.
Organizacja działa w scentralizowanym modelu pracy. Klient doceni wcześniejsze doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku korporacyjnym, jednak idealny kandydat to przede wszystkim osoba samodzielna z dużym poczuciem odpowiedzialności, która nie boi się przejmować inicjatywy i samoorganizować swój czas pracy. Praca w trybie zdalnym z uwzględnieniem obecności w biurze w Krakowie raz na kwartał (2 dni - PI Planning).
Codzienne zadania:
Analiza, interpretacja i przeprowadzanie oceny ryzyka (finansowego, ESG) dla ponad dostawców w całej Grupie, w tym wyników audytów dostawców i planów działań naprawczych
Wsparcie Business Risk Lidera w opracowaniu kompleksowej metodologii oceny ryzyka sustainability w celu oceny dostawców pod kątem ryzyka w łańcuchu dostaw
Analiza czynników ekonomicznych oraz ocena ryzyka ESG w ramach operacji biznesowych i ich potencjalnego wpływu na cele sustainability i długoterminową opłacalność
Identyfikacja problemów i emerging trends
Identyfikacja obszarów o słabej wydajności oraz zalecanie działań naprawczych
Dostarczanie aktualizacji wszystkim zainteresowanym: zespołowi sustainability, zarządowi firmy oraz udziałowcom
Prowadzenie efektywnej komunikacji z udziałowcami (wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi) - ocena ryzyka i strategii minimalizacji ryzyka, wspieranie przejrzystości, utrzymanie zaufania
Śledzenie nowych trendów zrównoważonego rozwoju, przepisów oraz dynamiki rynku finansowego
Współpraca z zespołami finansowymi, sustainability oraz zarządzania ryzykiem
Przeprowadzanie analiz ad hoc w celu dostarczenia wglądu w konkretne obszary biznesowe lub projekty
Dokumentacja procesów i dbałość o ich ciągłość
Wymagania:
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w ocenie ryzyka finansowego (zwłaszcza dane finansowe, a dane w kontekście ESG będą dodatkowym atutem)
Zaawansowana znajomość Excela (łatwość w poruszaniu się po tabelach przestawnych, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, i tabelach danych) oraz PowerPoint
Doświadczenie w pracy z programami MS Excel i Power Point w zakresie raportowania, wizualizacji, zbierania, weryfikacji i analizy danych
Doświadczenie w metodologiach Agile oraz doświadczenie w wykorzystywaniu narzędzi do zarządzania projektami takich jak Jira
Umiejętności analityczne i znajomość narzędzi do interpretacji danych
Doskonała umiejętność myślenia krytycznego oraz dbałość o szczegóły
Doświadczenie w koordynacji zadań i działań
Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne
Angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w zespole
Mile widziana:
Znajomość języka hiszpańskiego
Doświadczenie w pracy w obszarach sustainability
Znajomość baz danych
