Customer & Operations Analyst

Lokalizacja: Warszawa Śródmieście (praca hybrydowa)

Zakres obowiązków:

kontakt z klientami, biznesem, magazynem i działem finansów w sprawie zamówień i wysyłekpozyskiwanie zgód na wysyłkę, eskalacja potencjalnych problemów klientówprzetwarzanie zamówień od zamówienia do dostawy, monitorowanie zamówień na każdym etapie procesurozpatrywanie reklamacji, proaktywne analizowanie i rozwiązywanie potencjalnych problemówwystawianie faktur, korekt, wystawianie lub pozyskiwanie certyfikatówprzygotowywanie raportów

Oczekiwania:

  • wykształcenie wyższe (licencjat/inżynier) w zakresie biznesu, logistyki lub innej dziedziny technicznej
  • Minimum 2-3 lata doświadczenia w logistyce lub obsłudze klienta
  • znajomość j. polskiego i angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację w mowie i w piśmie (min. B2)
  • Zaawansowana znajomość pakietu Excel i Office
  • Otwartość, komunikatywność, proaktywność
  • Znajomość dokumentacji handlu międzynarodowego (faktura, list przewozowy itp.) i stosowania reguł Incoterms
  • rozumienie podstawowych pojęć łańcucha dostaw, takich jak: terminowość, optymalizacja, prognozowanie i rotacja zapasów

Mile widziane:

Certyfikat APICS lub podobnyDoświadczenie w branży farmaceutycznej, sprzętu medycznego lub pokrewnejZnajomość systemów ERP, takich jak JDE
