Transport Management SpecialistJob Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
work closely with management to implement strategies that enhance team performance. Optimize the use of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to achieve team goals.
You are responsible for
Evaluating team performance, setting targets and providing constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by mentoring and coaching team members and have a clear succession planning for critical team roles Fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement among team members and providing detailed performance reports to upper management, such as Pride PS Setting-up and driving T1 daily management and representing the team in T2 daily management and S&OE meetings Set-up and drive T1 daily management and represent the team in T2 daily management and S&OE meetings Acting as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships, such as Market, Business, Factory, Warehouse Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Markets and key stakeholders to align on strategy and prioritiesYou are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or vocational degree with relevant work experience Previous experience in Order Management or Transportation area Knowledge of logistics / supply chain Very good level of English - min. B2 level Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Cultural awareness and pro-active behaviorIn return, we offer you
