Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Support Associate based out of our Warsaw office.

The Sales Middle Office team is seeking a Sales Support Associate to aid the Sales team in the processing of their opportunities and troubleshooting any other Salesforce issues they may encounter.

The primary function of the Sales Middle Office team is to work with Sales, Client Services, Sales Operations and other teams within Fitch Solutions in a number of areas including supporting the Global Sales team in the processing of opportunities, design, set up and management of clients' access, setting commercial pricing strategy and the management of enhancements to Salesforce.

We'll Count on You To:

  • Support and assist the S ales Team with daily processing of S ales f orce opportunities and agreements .
  • Trouble shooting errors (system or human) .
  • Advising S ales on the best way to process a contract via S alesforce
  • Work with work with the sales teams to increase their knowledge of the Sales f orce Contract Lifecycle Management process .
  • Identify and report S alesforce system bugs and enhancements to the Salesforce Product Owner.
  • Identify areas of process improvement within S ales use of the Sales f orce environment and work with the team to execute .
  • Ensure all supporting documentation and internal systems are regularly monitored and up to date with correct information .

What You Need to Have:

  • Experience working in a Sales Support function .
  • D emonstrable knowledge of a sales process using a CRM tool such as Sales f orce .
  • Customer service orientation (Sales Teams are your client ) .
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize effectively .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; track record of developing relationships grounded in trust and credibility
