Join the IT world This recruitment firm specializes in finding Specialists in the field of information technology. Currently, for our client, we are looking for a candidate for the position:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the Polish branch of an international company, specialized in selling innovative e-commerce products and prepaid services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Development of the B2B segment in the organization: direct sales and acquiring new B2B customers and partners. A role focused strictly on outbound 'hunting'.
  • Participation in face-to-face meetings and video conferences with potential clients, sourcing them through various channels (internal database, social media, industry portals, emails).
  • Co-creation of materials necessary for presenting the company during sales activities.
  • Working with company software (CRM, MS Office suite, sales support tools).
  • Collaboration with the marketing, operations, legal, CEO, and other sales team members (mostly individuals focused on inbound and farming).
  • Achievement of set targets and OKRs.
  • Participation in video calls and face-to-face meetings with the organization's headquarters.
  • Occasional support for B2C sales activities.
  • Possibility to propose own solutions and implement ideas.
  • Direct reporting to the CEO.

Expectations:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales (mandatory requirement).
  • Experience in the role of a 'hunter'/Sales Specialist with an outbound focus and acquiring new B2B clients (mandatory requirement).
  • Interpersonal skills - proactive approach, communicativeness.
  • English language proficiency at level B2, enabling communication with foreign company staff and English-speaking clients.
  • Desirable experience in prepaid services, e-commerce industry.
  • Willingness for occasional visits to the Warsaw office (once a month) if residing in a different region of Poland.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Availability ASAP is preferred, with a maximum one-month notice period, effective at the end of the month.

  • Long-term cooperation based on a B2B contract (exclusive form, no Employment Contract) with remuneration in the range of PLN monthly net + VAT.
  • 20 days of paid leave per year.
  • Additional bonuses based on realized sales, individually determined with the CEO.
  • Stationary, hybrid, or remote cooperation (based on preferences) with office visits at least once a month.
  • Modern office located in the center of Warsaw in the Wola district.
  • Equipment necessary for cooperation - laptop, phone.
  • Efficient recruitment process - two online meetings, each lasting about an hour. One of them may be face-to-face (to be agreed upon).
