The Opportunity

:

For our Neuromodulation Division we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in Poland as a Sales and Clinical Specialist. This position will involve frequent travel within the designated area, primarily covering Lublin, Kielce, Biala Podlaska, Radom, Stalowa Wola, and occasionally other Polish cities.

As a Sales and Clinical Specialist, you will be accountable for meeting sales targets, expanding sales growth, acquiring new customers, developing the Neuromodulation business in Poland, and providing technical assistance to customers. Your responsibilities will include offering professional support during implants and follow-up visits, as well as educating customers on Abbott neuromodulation products.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand the local market dynamics and competitor strategies influencing accounts in the assigned sales territory.
  • Maintain current technical knowledge of therapies, Abbott products, clinical practices, regulations, quality standards, and business policies.
  • Provide technical support to physicians during implants and follow-ups within the territory.
  • Develop and execute Account Plans to drive sales revenues.
  • Monitor inventory stock levels and provide reports on the assigned territory.
  • Deliver product presentations and stand duty at exhibitions when required, addressing technical inquiries from customers.
  • Keep detailed territory records, submit reports and forecasts as needed.
  • Participate in training for new product applications.
  • Prepare price quotations and tender offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support customers during clinical education courses abroad.

Required Qualifications and Background:

  • Educational background in medical, technical, or economic fields.
  • Prior experience in implantable Medical Devices, Technical Support, or Sales.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Poland (primarily woj. Mazowieckie and lubelskie) and perform a mix of Sales and Technical Support duties to be prepared for increased sales responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Polish.
