IT Security Associate at EcoVadis

Ready to be the go-to person for security operations practices? Join our IT Security team at EcoVadis as an IT Security Associate In this role, we need someone who's all about bringing security expertise, coordinating operations, and ensuring top-notch service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. If you're up for a fast-growing environment where learning and staying updated on the latest security trends are key, then this is the place for you.

As part of our team, reporting directly to the IT Security Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting security questionnaires, contract reviews, and client meetings.
  • Conducting security reviews of networks, systems, and platforms, and overseeing gap remediation.
  • Coordinating evidence gathering for certification testing and audits.
  • Developing and executing control testing strategies to comply with security frameworks and regulations.
  • Collaborating on security guidelines for various technologies.
  • Ensuring security posture of internal and external environments.
  • Creating reports, dashboards, and mechanisms for project tracking and remediation progress.
  • Promoting an IT Security culture through articles and documentation.
  • Advocating for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Assisting with various security projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role within software or internet services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Independence, proactivity, and ability to drive projects forward.
  • Expertise in security guideline implementation and compliance.
  • Familiarity with IT Security frameworks and regulations.
  • Strong foundation in information security and related fields.
  • Experience in engaging external stakeholders on security matters.
  • Proficiency in English, French language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace is advantageous.
Location: Warsaw Hybrid or Remote from Poland
