Your role:

This role will focus on creating and maintaining visibility for customers (both external and internal) using data analytics toolset and methods. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be of key importance. The responsibilities will also include data analysis based on current needs to support decision-making processes and/or support operational teams.

What will we do together?

  1. Develop, validate and maintain accurate and relevant Power BI reports and dashboards to track and analyze transportation data;
  2. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to transportation operations and performance;
  3. Support internal decision-making processes by preparing and presenting accurate data-driven insights and recommendations;
  4. Provide support to the transport operations teams within CEE to achieve better work efficiency by developing and implementing smart solutions in MS Excel;
  5. Develop and implement smart solutions, such as macros or scripts, in Excel (or other tool) to automate data processing tasks and enhance efficiency;
  6. Prepare models and run optimization planning using available tools;
  7. Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide data-driven solutions to business problems;
  8. Assist in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation to support analysis and reporting activities;
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy, proper interpretation and data integrity;
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and reliability of data sources and systems;
  11. Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI;
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros;
  3. English – advanced.
  4. Experience in working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and manipulation;
  5. Familiarity with transportation operations and logistics concepts-nice to have;
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting;
  8. Ability to review and analyze data, report / present on findings;
  9. Build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
