Job Description
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Android Enterprise Customer Community, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment. Address SPAM, reported posts, and conflicts.
  • Engage with community members and direct messages, fostering relationships.
  • Coordinate with TAMs to address unanswered questions and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Manage the Google Product Experts program, including uploading monthly stats to Salesforce, distributing swag, and regular check-ins with PEs.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Community Manager on adapting the program to community needs.
  • Support the Customer Success team by gathering and reporting metrics and insights.
  • Proactively support engagement content creation identifying opportunities to help and engage customers.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working independently and proactively also on repetitive tasks.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing online communities and handling customer engagement or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactivity and independence.
  • Analytical skills, creativity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • English min. B2.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of the Khoros Community Platform.
  • Knowledge of mobility solutions.
Additional Information
  • Rate: up to 120 PLN net per hour + VAT
  • Location: hybrid (offices in Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk, Wroclaw)
  • Type of contract: B2B contract
