HR TEAM LEADER

Łódź, Poland

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for delivering top-notch HR solutions for the designated region (UK and UAE) to enhance operational performance while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
  • Recruits, onboards, inspires, develops, and motivates a team of high-performing HR Shared Service professionals.
  • Serves as an escalation point for Solutions Center activities within the region, collaborating with the regional manager to oversee daily operations of assigned teams and projects.
  • Manages capacity, volume, team training, development, talent management, and coaches to achieve objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensures a consistent customer experience, controls, and compliance within the assigned team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Prior experience in managing people, processes, and service delivery in HR Operations.
  • Experience in providing services and advice, preferably in a multicultural or remote customer environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Business acumen, continuous improvement mindset, project and change management experience.
  • Analytical skills, multicultural awareness, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility in responding to unexpected situations.
