Zakres odpowiedzialności i obowiązków:

  • budowanie i wdrażanie strategii sprzedaży i rozwoju;
  • aktywne poszukiwanie i budowanie relacji z potencjalnym klientem;
  • performance'owy rozwój aktualnych klientów;
  • realizacja celów sprzedażowych;
  • inicjowanie i podejmowanie działań wspierających wzrost biznesu i udziału w rynku;
  • monitorowanie i bieżąca analiza rynku w celu poszukiwania szans rozwoju i kreowania zmian;
  • współpraca z działami performance marketingu i kreatywnymi;

Wymagania i kompetencje:

  • masz minimum 2-letnie letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży i rozwoju klientów;
  • masz łatwość w nawiązywaniu i budowanie relacji z innymi osobami;
  • jesteś nastawiony na rozwój i ciągle poszukujesz lepszych rozwiązań;
  • jesteś pewny siebie, odważny i kreatywny;
  • masz rozwinięte zdolności analityczne;
  • masz wysoko rozwinięte zdolności negocjacyjne;
  • jesteś zdeterminowany, by osiągać założone cele;
  • potrafisz organizować swoją pracę i pracę działu handlowego;
  • płynnie potrafisz przeprowadzić rozmowę w języku angielskim biznesowym;
  • jesteś gotowy do wyjazdów służbowych i brania udziału w konferencjach jako prelegent;
  • stabilne zatrudnienie – w okresie, kiedy inni się zwijają, my się rozwijamy;
  • pracę w agencji, która znajduje się w TOP10 wg. raportu – Marketingowe Agencje Interaktywne 2021;
  • realizowanie ciekawych i wymagających wyzwań w zgranym i kreatywnym zespole ekspertów;
  • dużą samodzielność działań na stanowisku;
