Rite NRG rośnie z roku na rok o przeszło 100% i dalej nie zwalnia tempa, dlatego potrzebujemy osoby, która dołączy do zespołu Executive i poprowadzi dalej biuro dostaw (delivery) , zadba o HR / Rekrutację / Administrację i pomoże w wygrywaniu nowych projektów. Wierzymy w nasze podejście #riteway w którym wyznajemy zasady: keep it simple, speed, can do attitude.

Na tym stanowisku będziesz miał dużą autonomię w działaniu, zespół ludzi z pasją do pomocy oraz okazję współpracować z klientami z Europy oraz APAC (Australia, Singapore w planach).

Będziesz na czele opracowywania strategii i wdrażania procesów, które zapewnią, że organizacja będzie działać na najwyższym poziomie efektywności i kreatywności.

Jest to jedna z kluczowych ról która będzie odpowiadać za dalsze kształtowanie przyszłości Rite NRG, dlatego też szukamy najlepszych. Prawdziwych liderów, inicjatorów zmiany, osób o świetnych zdolnościach komunikacyjnych i ludzi którzy też nie boją się czasami "pobrudzić rąk". Szukamy osoby która:
  • Chce być twarzą firmy, budować zaufanie do naszych możliwości dostaw przed dużymi międzynarodowymi firmami.
  • Jest osobą techniczną i będzie wspierać proces sprzedaży od strony technicznej. Zadba aby przedstawione koncepcje były dobre jakościowo a estymacje dokładne, pozwalające wygrać projekt (nie przeszacowywać) ale również zadowolić klienta (nie doszacowywać).
  • Ma zmysł strategiczny, potrafi myśleć długofalowo, budować strategię i wizję.
  • Chce tworzyć kulturę firmy w której wszyscy chcą pracować i polecać znajomym.
  • Jest innowacyjna, często inspiruje inne osoby.
  • Pracowała w międzynarodowym środowisku, w kilku firmach różnej wielkości.
  • Potrafi dostosować język oraz kształt komunikatu (szczegółowość, długość) do pozycji osoby z którą się komunikuje po stronie klienta (inaczej rozmawia się z właścicielem startup a inaczej z VP w korporacji która zatrudnia tysiące ludzi). Potrafi wyartykułować i odpowiednio wytłumaczyć wartości jakie dostarczamy, zrozumieć i opowiedzieć o problemach i wyzwaniach.
  • Poprzez coaching i mentoring umie budować relacje z klientami, podwładnymi, programistami, generalnie z zespołem.
  • Potrafi budować niezawodną organizację, czyli taką która nie jest zależna od jednej osoby, jest mierzalna, przejrzysta oraz wydajna.
  • Rozumie jak działa biuro dostaw (delivery), pracowała na różnych stanowiskach, zarządzała projektami, realizowała projekty typu: FixedPrice, T&M.
  • Jest autorytetem w świecie Agile / w podejściu zwinnym, rozumie i zgadza się z tym podejściem, ma to przećwiczone w wielu projektach.
  • Rozumie, że bez zrozumienia cyfr nie można skutecznie zarządzać dlatego uważa że budżet jest istotny aby widzieć dane rzeczywiste i prognozy.
  • Jest graczem zespołowym więc chętnie pomoże w zarządzaniu firmą na co dzień / operacyjnie, administracja, banki itp.
  • Jest gotowa do podróżowania do naszych biur, klientów itp.
  • Zna perfekcyjnie język angielski (C1).

Mile widziane:

  • Background techniczny w minimum jednej z wymienionych technologii:. NET, Java, NodeJS, Python, Angular, React, Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Doświadczenie przy wdrażaniu grywalizacji, systemów motywujących.
