We are on the lookout for an AR/Intercompany Accountant to become a part of the core team at our Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Being a key player in the establishment of the new SSC in Warsaw
  • Contributing to the setup of centralized processes in the AR domain within the SSC
  • Daily coordination with Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics departments
  • Ensuring accurate intercompany sales registration
  • Ensuring the smooth transition of processes post-migration
  • Overseeing the efficient operation of the AR function, including Internal Controls readiness
  • Ensuring effective handling of receivables activities like collections, cash posting, customer creation, etc.
  • Generating monthly/annual/quarterly reports and other necessary documents as requested by the management team
  • Identifying and executing process enhancements
  • Conducting reports and analyses
  • Ensuring process conformity with Husqvarna policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in roles such as O2C, OTC, AR Accountant
  • Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and having relevant accounting certifications
  • Familiarity with SCALA and REX will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong command over both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in spoken and written Polish
  • Flexibility, adaptability to handle uncertainties and changes
  • Excellent communication skills and self-drive
  • A solid team player
