Talent Acquisition Consultant - Team Leader

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end, na rzecz Klientów zewnętrznych.
  • Aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów metodami direct search.
  • Proponowanie nowych strategii oraz źródeł dotarcia do pasywnych kandydatów.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych, długofalowych relacji z Kandydatami i Klientami.
  • Planowanie codziennej pracy Zespołu (w tym ustalanie priorytetów, strategii, realizacji celów).
  • Motywowanie zespołu rekrutacyjnego poprzez regularny mentoring i przekazywanie informacji zwrotnej (kultura pytań i feedback'u).
  • Dbanie o wysoką jakość komunikacji.
  • Prowadzenie działań budujących pozytywny wizerunek firmy na rynku IT.
  • Udział w aktywnościach Employer Brandingowych.
  • Budowanie bazy kontaktów na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji oraz dbanie o dobry Candidate Experience.
  • Pomoc przy organizacji wydarzeń firmowych.
  • Udział w wydarzeniach związanych z rekrutacją.

Nasze wymagania

  • Posiadasz minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu rekrutacji w branży IT, idealnie w agencji rekrutacyjnej lub outsourcingu specjalistów IT.
  • Posiadasz minimum 1 rok doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem Konsultantów w obszarze rekrutacji w branży IT.
  • Znasz skuteczne metody i źródła aktywnego pozyskiwania Kandydatów (mile widziana bogata baza kontaktów na portalach społecznościowych typu LinkedIn).
  • Posiadasz wiedzę i doświadczenie z obszaru rekrutacji w IT poparte sukcesami.
  • Lubisz rozwój a wysokie zarobki są dla Ciebie motywacją.
  • Cechuje Cię samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność skutecznego zarządzania własnym czasem.
  • Jesteś osobą zorientowaną na jakość i satysfakcję zarówno Klienta, jak i Kandydata.
  • Jesteś osobą ambitną, zaangażowaną i godną zaufania.
  • Potrafisz komunikować się jasno i przekonywująco.
  • Czujesz się dobrze w negocjacjach.
  • Łatwo przychodzi Ci nawiązywanie i budowanie relacji z innymi ludźmi.
  • Znasz dobrze język angielski (min. B2).
  • Lubisz wychodzić poza sferę swojego komfortu.
  • Masz dystans do siebie i poczucie humoru.
