Strategy Planner

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • współtworzenie strategii marek oraz komunikacji,
  • codzienna praca strategiczna z klientami agencji przy realizacji kampanii i działań niestandardowych,
  • tworzenie briefów komunikacyjnych,
  • rekomendowanie klientom rozwiązań komunikacyjnych (definiowanie insightów, contentu i touchpointów komunikacyjnych),
  • bliska współpraca z działem Kreacji nad tworzeniem idei i konceptów kreatywnych,
  • przygotowywanie researchów oraz analiz,
  • aktywny udział w procesach New Business,
  • dzielenie się wiedzą na temat aktualnych trendów, praktyczne wykorzystywanie jej w przygotowywaniu pomysłów na komunikację i aktywację marek.

Nasze wymagania

  • minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na stanowisku Strategy Planner w agencji komunikacyjnej lub domu mediowym,
  • pasja do tego, co robisz,
  • zainteresowanie komunikacją, marketingiem i big data, wykraczające poza obowiązki zawodowe,
  • wiedza na temat marketingu opartego na danych,
  • wiedza na temat aktualnych trendów oraz umiejętności wykorzystania jej w praktyce,
  • doświadczenie w inspirowaniu kreatywnych do tworzenia innowacyjnych rozwiązań,
  • umiejętność analitycznego i logicznego myślenia,
  • znajomość szerszego kontekstu strategicznego (pozycjonowanie marki, strategie komunikacji, rozwijanie Big Idea itp.),
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie bardzo dobrym (przygotowywanie i prowadzenie prezentacji).

Szukamy analityka, ale takiego, który swoją wiedzę przełoży zarówno na strategię marki, jak i na strategię komunikacji. Strategię wychodzącą z cyfr, ale będącą odpowiedzią na potrzebę marki, która chce jak najefektywniej trafić do swoich odbiorców. Osoby, która pasjonuje się drugim człowiekiem, trendami i nowinkami technologicznymi, a zdobytą wiedzę i spostrzeżenia przekuwa w inspirujące insighty.
